Fes

So heading from Meknes to Fes we first stopped at the roman ruins of Volubilis - not as impressive as Baalbek, but with some lovely mosaics.

We then got to Fes and saw a pottery cooperative where they continue the mosaic tradition today, however the best bit was the medina/souk in Fes.

We had a guided tour on the first day and were taken to the tannery area - smelly! But lots of beautiful leather things to purchase, I had to restrain myself with just one pouff.

Then we went on to a textile cooperative where we had fun dressing up traditional style and then of course purchasing many items (not me though!)
